Redevelopment of a industrial, canal-side site to provide a mixed use, high-density scheme, comprising 71 new homes and approximately 2,000m2 of commercial space (B1 use), with basement parking. The scheme comprises two buildings flanking either side of a new public open space linking the street to the Regents Canal towing path.

The east building provides affordable rented and shared ownership apartments above B1 units and a waterside  cafe, whilst the west building accommodates private and shared ownership apartments. The buildings are tenure blind and provide generous balcony decks overlooking the water.

Planning consent was granted in summer 2008.
